electric bicycle motor kit?
So, since I bought this shit bike completely broken in such far the gears go, I was thinking it would be fun to put an electric motor engine on it. I can not see many though, and when I find a kit is like $ 2000. Are there conversion kits is like decent moped or something for a decent price?
Even if you find Kit electric motor at a lower price, it is unlikely to be cheap. But the problem with your bike will remain cheap. The bike will be equally difficult to push along the electric motor as it is for you. Adding weight to an electric motor kit already heavy bike will make a combination inefficient probably will not range much, and when the battery goes down you will always have to be able to pedal if the gear should be repaired. If you want an electric bike, buy one, trying to convert an old clunker is probably a waste of money.
