Electric Scooter Cover
Scooter does not start … and I'm sure I've tried everything!?
Hi, I own a stroke Yamaha Vino-2, with about 3,500 miles on it (yeah. .. I know). I have not used in a year, but kept covered it and parked on my patio cement. No, I did not hibernate, but when I came out of hibernation, I do the following to try to revive: – drained and replaced the petrol and ran new fuel through the lines leading to the carburetor – replaced the spark plug (I got grounded and could see Blue Spark a clear each time I power it has begun) – replaced the battery – took the carburetor and cleaned out! and delivered properly – Checked the fuel pump for any obstructions and it works perfectly! The only thing I can hear the starter cranking and pumping the piston, but there is no combustion … HELP! Ideas? Many Thanks
spray a small amount of gas in the carburetor, hit the starter, if it appears, repeat the carburetor, and this time, clean the nozzles and the fuel float needle assy.very well.also count the turns it takes to run the mixture screw, andthen reMovem soak overnight in carb cleaner overnight. (Carbohydrates naked not screw), then use compressed air to clean the carburetor cleaner. mopedering happy
