Vespa scooter for a Teen?
I am looking for a Vespa scooter that suited me. I am 13 and 4'6''. I looked at the electric razor scooter, but they seem a little too young for me. I want something I will not push them out. I think you must be 16 if. if is the case can you give me the guys advice for other types of electric scooters please?
